Better Late than never

Here are the pics I said I would post last night…
They aren’t the best but at least you can see how we spread the stone around. And see that we can now park there again rather than getting stuck in the mud.

Rainy day women #12 and 35 (everyone must get stoned)

We shoveled, we raked, we pushed with the mower plow, and we raked some more…. After about 3 hours of Danielle, Jeff (my brother) and I all working at it we got most of the stones spread out. We have some thick areas that still need some help, and some thinner areas that will need more. But I think we are in good shape for now. Maybe after all the spring rains we will have to order up another 10 tons or so. Danielle took some pics but I don’t have them with me so we will try to get them up tonight.

Rock, Paper, Rake

Well it actually happened, Happy President’s Day. The call was put in & they finally answered & gave us a delivery time. They deliver 7 days a week. Which is great & now we don’t have to worry about getting struck in the pit again.

Stone Man is here
Back it up
The back goes up
And the rocks fall out

And then what’s left is a huge pile

Mud Pit

With all the rain & snow our dirt driveway is now a huge mud pit. So we are trying to put in a call to get some rocks delivered but so far it’s a no go. But maybe this next weekend after the President’s Day holiday.
